Why didn't the owner stop serving, especially when the food became inedible, they had run out of tea & instead of charging regular price they could have closed up. Instead of risking poor a poor review it could have been closed for the day.

They probably didn't won't to lose business, and it depends on whether all the people there didn't like their service.

What is the Health Dept rating at this place?? Very disappointed-old dried out pans of food. We were served the food that had been made hours earlier. It's cafeteria style so the full pans were in front so you couldn't see the BAD stuff behind those.

I don't know the rating. I haven't been there in a long time.
